Palm Coast, Florida - Machin Design Builders is proud to announce that they have received the "Grand Award" for their entry in Flagler County's 2007 Parade of Homes.  The home received the Realtor's Choice Award, as well.  The annual builders event, held April 21st through May 6th this year, gave the public an opportunity to discover the newest trends in homes - from architectural design to energy-efficient products, interior design to outdoor room concepts. 

Machin's entry this year, the Yorkshire model, is a magnificent home in Hammock Dunes, and is something of a departure from most Florida homes because of its lighter English/French style.  The lush exterior features pergola covered paver  patios and quaint winding paver walkways leading to seating areas over looking Monterey Lake.  Inside, there are gorgeous views from every room, and an open, airy layout that provides a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces.  Water surrounds three sides of the home, giving every room a view of the lake.
